Captive \u2014 ore brought from overseas / other\nstates for consumption or re-export), <i>royalty</i> (Goa-mined, royalty paid), and\n<i>eauction</i> (Goa ore sold via government e-auction). Three software eras feed the\npermits: Megasoft (pre-GEL), and Old / New Bhumija (GEL).</p>\n<p>Locations are messy free text; <code>location_aliases</code> maps every raw string to a\n<code>canonical_name</code> in <code>locations</code>.
